Well, seeing as it's between a novelty shop and an alternative bar, I'd say it should be dirty. The place I used to work was in an old factory/warehouse. Bare concrete and ceiling boards, exposed pipes, crappy part of town. It was DIR-TAY. I dusted constantly and couldn't keep up. Swept twice a night, and even if there was low traffic in the store I ended up getting piles of stone dust and crap. it leaked when there was rain, and the office area was the worst. Cold, slightly damp, musty smelling.
The comics stayed away from the worst parts of the store. We put the Warhammer and sundry over there.
That's cool, though. I guess you can easily target a good chunk of new clientele since the stores surrounding must give an indication as to what's popular in the area.
